Join us for the 2025 CHYK/ CSK East Coast retreat on the topic of 'The Art of Self Love'. This retreat will be based on key verses of the Bhagavad Gita and will explore four facets:   Art of loving one’s own self - cultivating a sense of purpose and acceptance Art of loving others - sustaining meaningful relationships with others and growing together Art of loving God - immersing in devotional love for a higher altar Art of the Self as Love - recognizing our true nature as Love and thereby seeing oneness in all beings.   Remember: You are loved…but more deeply...YOU ARE LOVE.We are very fortunate to have Brni. Shubhani Chaitanya, resident brahmacharini of Chinmaya Mission New York, guiding us through the retreat and leading the discourses.In addition to the discourses, we will have yoga, meditation, workshops, games, and a bonfire!
