Join us for the 2025 CHYK/ CSK East Coast retreat on the topic of 'The Art of Self Love'. This retreat will be based on key verses of the Bhagavad Gita and will explore four facets:   Art of loving one’s own self - cultivating a sense of purpose and acceptance Art of loving others - sustaining meaningful relationships with others and growing together Art of loving God - immersing in devotional love for a higher altar Art of the Self as Love - recognizing our true nature as Love and thereby seeing oneness in all beings.   Remember: You are loved…but more deeply...YOU ARE LOVE.We are very fortunate to have Brni. Our program is designed to facilitate children with sensitive needs for ages 4.5 - 7 years. The class focuses on sensory exploration, gymnastics, games, group drills by using a wide variety of state of the art surfaces and manipulatives offered in the gym (trampoline, foam pit, mini trampoline, tumble track, trapeze, sensory swings, mats of all shapes and sizes).
